EPISODE 6 — THE WRONG MAN
Mama Rose grabbed the phone.
“Give me that!”
Sandra pulled it away.
“This isn't Daniel.”
Mama Rose stared at the photograph.
For the first time, she looked confused.
Sandra smiled.
“You almost destroyed my relationship because you thought this man was your son.”
Mama Rose quickly recovered.
“Well… they look alike!”
Sandra laughed.
“From where?”
Mama Rose pointed at the photograph.
“The back!”
Daniel suddenly walked into the office.
“What is happening here?”
Both women turned.
Mama Rose immediately smiled.
“Nothing, my son.”
Sandra laughed.
“Your mother just tried to break us up with the wrong man.”
Daniel looked at the photograph.
Then he looked at Mama Rose.
“Mum…”
Mama Rose began crying.
“I only do these things because I love you.”
Daniel's expression softened.
“I know.”
Mama Rose hugged him.
Sandra watched quietly.
Then Daniel whispered:
“Mum, please stop chasing every woman away.”
Mama Rose pulled away.
She wiped her tears.
“Okay.”
Daniel smiled.
“Really?”
“Yes.”
Sandra smiled.
But Mama Rose suddenly looked at Sandra.
“However…”
Sandra's smile disappeared.
Mama Rose pointed at her.
“I have one final test for you.”
And Sandra agreed to take the test.
