Aguata is bringing some great spice into the Healthy Living With Nonye Soludo campaign!

I'm pleased to see our Healthy Living Team in Aguata LGA adding some great "twists" to every Saturday workout moment. Yesterday, the Team took a walk and fitness run across three communities (Uga, Amesi and Umuchu), stretching over five kilometres of immense energy and outstanding doggedness, and also providing free medical care for members of each of the three communities along the way.

But nothing could be more giving than ending the whole exercise with some appetizing and organic sights. I'm super proud of your efforts and extraordinary consistency, my great people. Keep making the family proud. See you soon!

✍️ Dr Nonye Soludo Impacting Through Healthy Living With Nonye Soludo

Our Healthy Living Farm is getting a gradual expansion. We’ve incorporated organic poultry farming into the mix. Now, right in the Light House, we’ve got assorted chickens and eggs to cater to both domestic and other needs.

This is what I do out of passion. While I believe in teaching as a vital tool for what we preach every day, the whole mission wouldn’t make any sense without due practice.

Think about what you can do with that little space and extra capital. Agriculture is the new oil!
