Ignorance of the law is not an excuss

My landlord called me on ph0ne to inform me that he wants to S£LL his house and i should be making plans to move out when my R£nt £xpires.

Atanda, i am the only T£nant left in the pr0perty and this house is in the best location for me cos of my busin£ss

So i went to my Landlord's 0ffice to ask him how much he wants to S£LL the house maybe i can get L0an to buy it.

He told me 45M and i Negotiated to 40M of which he agreed to verbally and i explained to him that he should give me a month to quickly sort out my self with my ba'nk so i can get the 40M L0an from the ba'nk to pay for the h0use

Atanda, my Landlord called me two days ago that he has S0LD the pr0perty to another person for 53M and the new Landlord will send me N0tice to Qu'it Next week.

Atanda, the L0an i applied for will be approved next week and the 40M will be ready

Atanda, is this not ch£ating under the law and my acc0unt 0fficer said i should SU£ my Landlord for Gazumping

Atanda, he said my Landlord has Gazumped and i should not let it go

If for any reason, P0Lice arr£st and detain you.
Don't plead for Bail, talkless of neg0tiating Bail price with them.
Don't beg them

Just tell them to forward the matter to c0urt and stand your ground

The basic function of the P0Lice is to arr£st, inv£stigate and forward the matter to c0urt

P0Lice is not the c0urt and it's not in their jurisdiction to judge you over any matter or ask you to pay a certain am0unt to the complainant

Tell them to take the matter to the c0urt and you go see as dem go weak cos Shishi dem no go see

You will get your Bail in c0urt and take note
BAIL is FREE in any c0urt all over the c0untry

If you are here and you know that the D0cument you have for your land is Deed Of Agreement or only Receipt

Pls come outside, Atanda have something important to tell you today, but before i proceed, pls get bottle of cold water and drink

Your deed of agreement is the same thing as sale of Land agreement or Land sales agreement which carries the same power as your purchase receipt

Atanda can categorically tell you that your deed of agreement is same thing as your receipt, no much difference at all cos na the same function

When it comes to Land matters, your receipt is not enough, your deed of agreement is not enough, your land sale agreement is not enough, your contract of sale is not enough.

The D0cuments highlighted above only confirms that you paid for the land but it doesn't L£gally transfer the 0wnership of that land to you.
