A nutritious and healthy drink in the form of pap , smoothie, porridge, or drink!
The combination are
Sweet potato+oat+date paste (sometimes with additional Tiger nuts for plant milk)
Procedure:
Get one or two fresh sweet potatoes, peel them,cut them into tiny pieces, put in your clean blender, get about 4-6 spoons of oat put in the same blender, add your soft date if you don't have already processed date paste or syrup blend with the water that can blend it very well but don't add water to much if you want it to be thick after cooking.
After blending you seive/stran it with clean chiffon cloth and clean bowl then transfer the water to a pot and start to cook in a low heat and continuously stir it with in 3-5mins it's done.
It is now ready to serve.
This mix is filling, creamy and natural sweet.
