If you’ve ever been pregnant, you’ll understand that there’s a kind of tiredness that sleep cannot fix.
Not the “I didn’t sleep well” tired.
Not the “work was stressful” tired.
But the deep, quiet exhaustion that sits in your bones… while you’re still expected to smile, cook, clean, reply messages, create content, be strong.
If you’ve ever been pregnant, you’ll understand how your body can feel heavy… but your heart feels even heavier.
You cry and you don’t even know why.
You’re hungry but nothing looks good.
You want to be touched but you also want to be left alone.
And somehow, in the middle of all that, you’re still growing a whole human being.
You’ll understand the silent fears too.
The random thoughts at night.
The prayers whispered under your breath.
The way you hold your stomach and say, “Please be safe.”
You’ll understand the guilt.
When your older child asks you to play but you’re too tired.
When you snap because your hormones are loud.
When you feel like you’re not giving your best to anyone, not even yourself.
And yet… you keep going.
You show up.
You cook.
You love.
You build.
You carry life.
Pregnancy is beautiful, yes.
But it is also vulnerable. Raw. Emotional. Stretching.
To every pregnant woman reading this, even the one who is smiling on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside, I see you.
You are stronger than you feel right now.
