No woman should navigate pregnancy alone. ❤️
Yes, I said that.
Pregnancy is often described as a beautiful journey and yes, it is.
It’s also a season filled with questions, uncertainty, excitement, and sometimes fear.
“Is this normal?”
“Should I be worried?”
“Am I doing this right?”
For many women, these questions remain unanswered because they don’t know who to ask, when to ask or where to ask the questions.
Some rely on conflicting advice from friends and social media.
Others stay silent, hoping everything will work out but pregnancy was never meant to be a journey of isolation.
Every expectant mother deserves access to accurate information, quality healthcare, emotional support, and people who will walk beside her through every stage of the journey.
As someone passionate about maternal health, I’ve come to appreciate that informed mothers are often more confident mothers.
Knowledge doesn’t remove every challenge, but it empowers women to make better decisions for themselves and their babies.
That belief is one of the reasons I wrote BABY AND ME—to be a trusted companion for women navigating pregnancy, childbirth, and early motherhood because no woman should have to guess her way through one of the most important journeys of her life.
If you could give one piece of advice or encouragement to an expectant mother today, what would it be?
