2. Restart – Begin again. It does not matter how many times you have tried. Each restart brings new insights. What seemed hard yesterday may be easier today.

3. Refocus – Revisit your goals. Adjust your strategy if you need to. Focus on the goal and act with purpose. A clear focus helps you turn obstacles into stepping stones.

You may need to reset, restart, and refocus over and over again. That is not failure, it’s commitment. The only real mistake is quitting.
