After 7yrs on this show, I've learnt so much about people's approach to problems and problem solving. Oftentimes, it's not the problem that is the problem. It is sometimes the person with the problem that is the problem.

Too many situations become simpler if persons will first be honest with themselves about what they want and or are feeling, as well as how they will prefer the situation to go. That has to be settled before we can talk about what is making the situation hard.

For a person who cannot choose, more options will only add to that person's confusion. Thus, it becomes very difficult to help or advise people who cannot decide on what they want.

On nights when we lay down in bed unable to sleep, often times it's because we're confronted by truths and realities we'll rather not face. Truths about regrets, mistakes, fears, uncertainty, and that one thing you just can't figure out.

The big question is, how would you like things to get solved??
