Position is not the same as leadership.

Joseph had no important title in Potiphar’s house or in prison, yet wherever he was placed, he was effective, influential, faithful and trustworthy.

Leadership is demonstrated through responsibility, influence and positive impact.

You do not have to wait until you become a CEO or occupy a place of authority before you begin to lead. Start where you are. Be committed to what has been entrusted to you. Pursue excellence. Make things better.
Nothing around you should remain the same because you were there.

Lead from where you are and make maximum impact.

Leadership is bigger than position.
Joseph’s life shows us that you do not need an impressive title before you can begin to lead.

As a slave in Potiphar’s house, Joseph became so trustworthy and effective that Potiphar placed everything under his care. Later, even in prison, Joseph distinguished himself until the prison keeper entrusted the affairs of the prison to him.

Joseph had no prestigious position, yet he was already leading through his faithfulness, integrity, effectiveness and influence.

Eventually, he became governor of Egypt, but leadership had been evident in his life long before the title came.

Do not wait for a position before you begin to lead. Develop yourself, serve faithfully and make an impact wherever you are.
