S-Snake the Seraphim clone of Boa Hancock went against World Government orders and chose
to follow Luffy’s request during the Egghead Island events.

Because she carries Hancock’s traits, she also inherited her deep love for Luffy, making it impossible for her to refuse him. Even though she was designed to obey commands, she immediately agreed when Luffy asked her to undo the petrification of Franky, Usopp, and Lilith effectively overriding her programming.

Just like the original Hancock, S-Snake showed clear signs of being lovestruck, blushing and becoming flustered whenever she interacted with Luffy, as shown in the image.

During his battle with Kaido, Luffy’s heartbeat ceased and his presence seemed to vanish—something many interpret as him actually dying. Then, with the awakening of his Devil Fruit, his heart began beating again, almost as if he brought himself back to life.

Other characters like Doflamingo, Katakuri, and Lucci have also awakened their abilities, but none have done so through death and revival in this way.

Brook is the only one who has genuinely returned from death, yet his case is different since his revival comes from his fruit’s built-in power. During the fight with Rob Lucy Roronoa Zoro didn’t need to go all out through much of the fight, he stuck to just two swords, even while throwing out named techniques. Despite holding back, he still kept up with Rob Lucci, all while casually bickering with Sanji on the side.

They’ve never had a true life-or-death clash, but if that ever happened, Zoro would almost definitely switch to his full three-sword style to keep up with Sanji’s speed and durability especially with his Germa enhancements in play.

Most fans agree that Zoro needs Santoryu at full power to stand a strong chance against Sanji, since Sanji’s speed and exoskeleton make him a serious problem in a fight.

There’s a strong chance the Kung Fu Dugongs especially their leader who has mastered
Armament Haki could make a comeback to support Luffy in the final arc.

Their master-student relationship with Luffy was first formed in Alabasta, but the leader later reappeared during the Caesar Retrieval filler arc (episode 626), where he was shown as the captain of the Sea Animal Pirates. During that return, he demonstrated Armament Haki, confirming he’s capable of holding his own in the New World.

Many fans speculate that, much like the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, the Kung Fu Dugongs sometimes dubbed the “Straw Hat SEALs” will return as a dedicated aquatic force in the final war. Bound by their strong code of honor, they still view themselves as lifelong disciples of Luffy.

It's either he masters his Observation Haki (Future Sight) which would allow him to counter high-speed snipers like Van Augur of the Blackbeard Pirates, who is likely his final matchup.

He will also get Elbaf-Themed Weapon & Ammunition Upgrades such and much stronger seeds from the giant-sized flora of Elbaf to replace his current arsenal which struggled against strong opponents like Page One.

After the one piece is revealed, there'll be no need for pirating anymore luffy will parade as the Pirate king and KOBI defeating him but as a lie to make people see KOBI as a hero, so he can lead the world to peace.

Luffy is a pirate, a lot of people think pirate are Evil and the marine are righteous but after the truth of the world government will be revealed, people will be unable to trust the marine, they will lose faith and hope and think that it's the end of them, but that's were Kobi comes in.

Because after IMU is de*d, the world will be in panic cause they fear pirate as much as they fear the marines, note: not all pirate are good, there's lots of them who do evil, many people have suffered in the hands of pirate, so pirate will need to come to an end and it is Kobi that will bring it to an end, with the help of LUFFY playing the final villain and that's is because people will fear luffy not because he's evil but because they don't know him.
