You forced me to study narcissism.
Now enjoy my educated ass.
I didn’t become this self-aware by accident.
You manipulated me, gaslit me, twisted reality until I didn’t know up from down.
You made me question my worth, my sanity, my truth.
But instead of breaking me, you activated something dangerous—
A version of me that no longer tolerates bu****it.
A version that sees patterns, red flags, hidden motives.
You thought you were conditioning me to depend on you.
What you really did was train me to survive you.

I started reading, watching, learning—
Every silent treatment, every blame shift, every love bomb.
You were the perfect case study.
And I took notes like my life depended on it—because it did.

Now, I can smell manipulation a mile away.
I no longer feel guilty for having boundaries.
I don’t apologize for calling out disrespect.
I’m not confused anymore.
You don’t get to decide who I am.
You don’t get to twist the narrative to make yourself the victim.

You taught me to recognize emotional warfare.
You taught me what a false apology sounds like.
You taught me that someone can say "I love you" and still destroy you.

So yes—thank you.
Thank you for pushing me so far into the dark that I had no choice but to find the light.

Triangulation masters is a term employed to describe a controlling behavior shared by narcissists or psychopaths who engage their former partners in new relationships to sustain control and dominance.
Triangulation is a manipulation tactic used psychologically where a person is brought into a present relationship as a third party to bring about jealousy, insecurity, and emotional confusion. The manipulator uses this process to keep their partner confused and emotionally reliant on them. These can include, keeping exes nearby to create jealousy or competitiveness, employing a new person to make them feel high in demand, stirring drama by putting present partners in competition proclaiming superiority and finally, making a partner feel small by comparing them with others. Identifying these signs will help you disassociate yourself from drama and emotional instability.
