Colourful sliced bell peppers
Sliced Carrots
Green beans
Small chopped onions/garlic
Protein stock
Use seasoning from indomie pack
Water
Small olive or vegetable oil for frying

Tasty Spicy Banana Nigerian Chin chin recipe

Recipe:
Note: My measuring cup is 250ml for one cup.

* Flour 1,205ml = ( 4 cups + 1/2 +1/3 cup)

* Sugar 250ml
* Baking powder 16 g ( 1 sachet)
*Milk 1/2 cup (125ml )
*1 medium size ripe Banana
*1 raw egg
* Small habanero pepper ( spicy)
*Vegetable oil to deep fry
