The Networking Salon

The Networking Salon The Networking Salon exists because talent is rarely the problem. Access is. Our model is built around connection, continuity, and opportunity.

Passionate about getting students started on their passion and purpose; exposing them to relevant skills and knowledge towards strategically positioning them for success in the work space and in life while contributing to achieving the and . Every day, capable professionals, founders, creatives, and educators are overlooked—not because they lack potential, but because they lack the righ

t connections, visibility, and opportunities. We created The Networking Salon to close that gap by building a professional ecosystem where relationships lead to real outcomes. What began as a simple networking idea has evolved into a high-trust, multi-city community designed to help people grow their careers, businesses, and influence through intentional connection. We Build More Than Events

At The Networking Salon, we don’t believe networking should end when the event is over. Events create meaningful introductions through onsite experiences, virtual coffee chats, and curated salon-style conversations. Membership keeps people connected through our Inner Circle, Authority Engine Pod, and ongoing community engagement. Services and our expert marketplace help members turn relationships into collaborations, clients, contracts, speaking opportunities, and employment. Each part of the ecosystem strengthens the others, creating a network that becomes more valuable as more people participate. Our Reach

We currently operate across Lagos, Abuja, Benin City, Warri, and Uyo, with a growing presence in Berlin and Namibia and an expanding network of trusted associates supporting new city launches. Our community includes founders, business owners, professionals, creatives, educators, and emerging leaders who are looking for more than inspiration—they are looking for access, collaboration, and growth. Our mission is simple: connect people to the rooms, relationships, and resources that help them move forward. We believe that when people are given the right information, the right access, and the right community, they become far more capable of creating their own opportunities. The Networking Salon is the system we are building to make that access intentional, scalable, and accessible across cities and borders. From the Founder

Founded by Andrew Igbineweka, a learning strategist and community builder with experience designing professional development and digital learning ecosystems across Africa, The Networking Salon is rooted in one conviction:

No one should be excluded from opportunity simply because they were never invited into the right room. That belief shapes every event we host, every partnership we build, and every community member we serve. Join the Ecosystem
