Gateman allegedly sold his Boss's house for N175million,Get only N15million as his share

A Nigeria n woman who lives abroad has discovered that her gateman allegedly sold her house located in Nigeria.
The story was shared on TikTok by a property lawyer who said it happened in Lekki, Lagos.

According to the lawyer the owner of the property does not visit Nigeria often.

“After the purchase, she retained the same gateman assigned by the developer to “watch over” her house. She even began sending him money monthly for upkeep and maintenance. What she didn’t know was that the very same gateman had secretly made photocopies of the title documents when the house was still under the developer."

"With the help of a fake developer, they cloned the Governor’s Consent of the former developer, changed the face of the real seller, and resold her property for ₦175 MILLION NAIRA to a new unsuspecting buyer.

After the house was sold, the gateman was given N15 million as his own share of the N175 million
