KMD definitely isn't the oldest but the most experienced among all the House of Assembly aspirants in Asari-Toru Constituency II.

He's not the youngest but the most energetic among them all.

KMD is not the richest but the most kind-hearted and liberal of them all.

Infact *SURV. KEODIYE MARIAN DAVID-WEST* is not the poorest but the most humane.

He is not the most religious but by far, the most honest and transparent aspirant.

KMD is surely not the most academic or the most learned among them, but the wisest and one who understands the plagues of the grassrooters of Asalga Constituency II.

They all live by the grace of God, but KMD lives, and is covered by the overwhelming, all-sufficient grace of God.

He listens more than he talks. He gives rooms for suggestions more than he concludes himself.
He's passionate, he's friendly, he's 100% accessible, he has a very soft spot for children, the elderly, the youths and indeed, the women.

Asari-Toru Constituency II is one of the foremost, topmost constituencies in the state, with able hands and ebullient figures, plus manpower to better the poor, below-par-averge living standards of the people...

Our people clamor for an improved health system, youth rehabilitation, women emancipation & empowerments, social amenities etc.
Our youths wade into all kinds of restiveness, cultism, thuggery, drug abuse, kidnapping, stealing and all kinds of negative involvements that not only endanger their lives and destinies, but also threaten the peaceful coexistence of the constituents..
We are tired of all these menaces, and desire a change of scenery..

Our students cannot get on with their education owing to lack of funds, yet we have the wherewithal to make these things happen?

Our democratic system is in its lowest ebb, with no significant improvement in sight?

Our people cannot access & enjoy the real dividends of democracy?

*SURVEYOR KEODIYE MARIAN DAVID-WEST (MNIS)* has officially declared his intentions earlier today, December 11th 2021, to gun for the Asari-Toru Constituency II Legislative Assembly seat under the aegis of the *PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP),* in the 2023 general elections.

Surv. K.M. David-West made his intentions known while meeting with the leadership of the party in Buguma City, the Head Quarters of the Asari-toru Local Government Area, under the distinguished chairmanship of HON. ODUYE TOM-WEST JP at the party Secretariat.

While addressing the leadership of the party, Surv. Keodiye Marian David-West
expressed an overwhelming joy and privilege given him by the leadership of the party in the LGA, to make known his intentions to represent his people in the RSHA.

While speaking to party excos and faithfuls, *KMD,* as he's popularly known, said this declaration came after seeking the face of God Almighty and receiving His blessings and with wide consultations with the leaders and members of his Constituency, where he has drawn inspirations to not just declare his intentions, but to take Asalga Constituency II to the next level.

*KMD* also made it known that he possesses all the qualities and the wherewithal required to represent the people, assuring them that PDP stands all the chances in the state to continue leading the people in Rivers State in the 2023 general elections. And that he will deliver the goods if he emerges as her candidate for the Asalga Constituency II.
