STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING UPDATE

The Steering Committee of Alia for All, All for Alia Support Group held a meeting in Makurdi to discuss the group’s growth, coordination, and effective operation.

The meeting followed consultations with the patrons and the Grand Patron, Chief Moses Ternenge, a prominent political strategist in Benue State.

Consultations are ongoing as the Committee works to establish State, Local Government, Ward, and Polling Unit structures across the state.

Members and supporters are encouraged to remain patient and calm as the leadership works to ensure a coordinated, inclusive, and successful process.

STEERING COMMITTEE UPDATE

The Steering Committee of Alia for All, All for Alia Support Group, working under the leadership of the Convener, Alexander the Palm, is working tirelessly to finalize the composition of the State EXCO, Local Government EXCOs, and Ward EXCOs across the state.

The committee is currently consulting with relevant stakeholders to ensure that capable and committed members are selected. The date for the official inauguration will be announced once the ongoing consultations and arrangements have been concluded.

Meanwhile, the Media Team of Alia for All, All for Alia Support Group is already on the ground and fully prepared to commence publicity and other activities of the group.

The Steering Committee appreciates the support and patience of all members and assures everyone that further updates will be communicated at the appropriate time.

BENUE CNG PROJECT – 3-DAY AWARENESS WORKSHOP

Theme: “Presidential CNG Initiative: The Game Changer”

The Benue CNG Project is hosting a 3-Day Awareness Workshop aimed at sensitising stakeholders and the public on the benefits and opportunities of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) under the Federal Government’s initiative.

The programme is powered by the Ministry of Power, Renewable Energy and Transport.

Hon. Sir Alex Addingi, the Point Man of Buruku Local Government, was in attendance at the workshop, joining other stakeholders and participants in supporting the initiative and promoting awareness of the benefits of CNG to the people of Benue State.

Hon. Sir Alex Addingi, the Point Man of Buruku Local Government, attended a Thanksgiving Mass held in honour of the Chairman of Buruku Local Government Council, Hon. Raymond Zege Aondoakura.

Sir Alex Addingi was accompanied to the occasion by Elder Manasseh Ikyenum, Engr. Hon. Ikor, and other political associates.

The Thanksgiving Mass was held at the Catholic Church in Buruku, where prayers and thanksgiving were offered in honour of the Chairman.

Speaking during the occasion, Sir Alex Addingi appealed to the people of Buruku to continue to support Hon. Raymond Zege Aondoakura and the administration of Governor Hyacinth Alia, emphasizing the importance of unity and collective support for their leadership.

BURUKU APC STAKEHOLDERS MEETING HELD — 18TH SEPTEMBER 2026

The Buruku APC Stakeholders Meeting was held today, bringing together senior APC personalities and stakeholders to deliberate on important issues concerning the party and the people of Buruku.

The meeting featured prominent stakeholders, including Hon. Sir Alex Addingi, the Point Man of Buruku; Chief Kuma Aii Yenge, Commissioner for Works; and the Executive Chairman of Buruku Local Government, Hon. Reymond Zege Aondoakura, alongside distinguished Professors, Doctors, Engineers, Mr. and Mrs., and other party stakeholders.

The stakeholders deliberated on ways to strengthen unity, cooperation, and collective support for His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, toward his second term in office, while promoting continued development and progress in Buruku Local Government Area and Benue State.

The meeting also emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration among APC stakeholders in advancing the interests of the party and the people.
