What can be sweeter than culture and tradition? Leboku is one of those festivals that makes u forget everything thing for the time being… coming to ugep was never a mistake…
As a Cameroonian 🇨🇲 cross river state doesn’t let me most home at all.

I honestly wasn’t prepared for this one! 😂🔥

This is Yedemblong (you don blow), a famous traditional food from Ugep. 🇳🇬

Fresh afang leaves, fresh eteke leaves , garden eggs, kola, kpomo, then red oil, roasted ogbono and pepper… and almost nothing is cooked! 😭😂

Yet somehow, this thing is very delicious! 🤯🔥

Ugep people, what kind of magic is this? 😂
