Show kindness not only to your type or categories because those your categories might not appreciate you because what you offer might not be what they need but those ones that need it are those that are not in your categories and will forever be grateful for your kind deeds

MENTORSHIP IN MINISTRY:

THE SEVEN MARKS OF A TRUE FATHER:

IF THEY DONT HAVE THESE MARKS THEY ARE NOT FATHERS:

ANYONE CAN BE A PASTOR, PROPHET, EVANGELIST, TEACHER AND APOSTLE:

BUT TO BE A FATHER, IS A CALLING WITH CORRESPONDING GRACE:

We live in a world where everyone is claiming to be a father.

Fatherhood is not a title, but a mantle.

You can have results, yet you are not a father.

You can have a big church, yet you are not a father.

Fatherhood is a different ball game altogether.

There are seven marks of a true father, amongst several other marks.

NOW THE SEVEN MARKS OF A TRUE FATHER:

1. THE MARK OF REPRODUCTIONS:
You are not stealing children you did not raise.
Your spiritual reproductive organ is working.
You have sons that are raised and born in your own house.
There are fathers that everyone they call sons are either stolen or adopted, no one was raised in their house. How can you give birth and your breast milk is not following? Those are adopted children.

2. THE MARK OF FORGIVENESS:
Elisha was not the first servant of Elijah.
Elijah raised Elisha after other servants deserted him. If you don't have the capacity to forgive, you don't have the capacity to father. Some ministries have no second in command, because of the pains of betrayals. Most ministries are sustained by guest speakers, because the founder is yet to recover from the betrayal of the past. The way you forgive your biological children and still relate with them, is how you will forgive your spiritual children and still relate with them. Remember, the capacity to forgive is the capacity to father. Stop bleeding on sons who did not injure you.

3. THE MARK OF PATIENCE AND LONG-SUFFERING: There are children that will never rebel, but we forever stress you with their attitude. They won't grow on time. They won't learn on time, they won't catch up on time, and they won't stand on time. You have to be patient with them. Sometimes, it can be very frustrating, but you have to bear with them, until they grow into maturity. This is one of the hardest jobs of a father. Sometimes, it looks as though you are weak, but that is the price you have to pay, not to throw away a son that is following well and falling at the same time.

4. THE MARK OF A GOOD FEEDER OF SONS: This is the ability to feed sons. Some Pastors have the crowd, but they don't have the food for Ministers. They can feed members very well. But can't feed the Ministers of God very well. Only few leaders can feed members very well, and still have the manna for Ministers. There are pastors eating bone, yet submitting to fathers with only milk without strong meats.
You must have a mentor, who will take the role of feeding your soul, if you have to submit to such fathers.

5. THE MARK OF AVAILABILITY AND ACCESSIBILITY: There are fathers not available, some are never available. Some are available not accessible. Yet they want to have sons. It is not possible. Some sons are fathered by calendar, stickers and wristbands. No physical contact. It becomes bad when such fathers are available to receive the tithes and the seed from their sons, but are not there to physically father their sons. You may not be available for all, but be available for those who are very responsible to you. Unless, you are not called to be a father, then let them go. No matter how busy you are, you should have time for your sons. Even if it is once a year. In trying to manage familiarity, let's not become an absentees father.

6. THE MARK OF EMPOWERING AND IMPACTING SONS TO BE GREATER THAN THEM:
If you die without having a son that is bigger than you, you have failed. Jesus said greater works than these shall you do. The glory of the latter house shall be greater than the former. You are not a failure because you have a son bigger than you, you are actually a failure, if you have no son bigger than you. If your biological sons become bigger than you, it is to your glory, because that is the prayers of all parents, but why are we afraid to produce sons bigger than us in ministry. If you have a father, who is afraid of your rising, you don't have a father. That is why most fathers, won't think twice to buy the venue their son is using for church service.

7. THE MARK OF ETERNITY WITH CHRIST: Your spiritual father should be pointing you to eternity with Christ. If he shows you the way and you miss Jesus that is the way, the truth and the life, then you don't have a father. After all the results, heaven is the goal, your spiritual father should help you focus on eternity with God, not just results on Earth. If in this world alone, we have hope alone, we are of all men most miserable. He may not be perfect, but he must believe in the concept of heaven. He must believe there is heaven we must not miss, and hell we must not meet. If your spiritual father, makes you miss eternity with your heavenly father, you shouldn't have submitted in the first place.
Loyalty must never be at the expense of eternity. But if you are a "wayo" so, you can submit to a "wayo" father.

Be blessed.

"From today's plane crash!

Sad!

Pratik Joshi had been living in London for six years. A software professional, he’d long dreamed of building a life abroad for his wife and three young children, who stayed back in India.

After years of waiting for due clearances the dream was finally coming true. Just two days ago, his wife, Dr. Komi Vyas, a renowned doctor in Udaipur, resigned from her job. The bags were packed, goodbyes said, the future within reach.

This morning, the family of five, filled with hope and excitement, boarded Air India flight 171 to London. They clicked a selfie. Sent it to relatives. A one-way journey to a new life. But they never made it. The plane crashed. No one survived.

In a matter of moments, a lifetime of dreams turned to ash. A brutal reminder, life is terrifyingly fragile. Everything you build, everything you hope for, everything you love, it all hangs by a thread. So while you can, live, love, and don’t wait for happiness to start.

Propose with a cheap ring.

Have a small wedding on a weekday; strictly by invitation. Don’t serve alcohol at the reception, it’s expensive.

Cut down on multiple wedding outfits; save money, one is enough. Ignore the honeymoon; your parents didn’t do it and they’re fine.

Get married, work hard, and after a couple of years, you can redo these things the way you really want. The economy is unfriendly towards young people for you to blow a huge amount of money for a wedding.
