SUNDAY REPORT AT TAC CLIFFORD ASSEMBLY. 5TH OCTOBER, 2025

SERMON: ELDER D. O. Otoyo
THEME: LOVE
TEXT: 1 Corinthians 13:1–6

The message focused on the true nature of love as the foundation of the Christian life. The preacher emphasized that no matter how gifted, spiritual, or generous we may appear, without love, all our actions are empty and meaningless. Love goes beyond emotions or romantic feelings—it is an intentional choice to act in ways that reflect the heart of God.

Love is patient with others even when it’s inconvenient. It’s kind, not harsh. It doesn’t envy what others have, and it doesn’t boast or seek to exalt itself. Love humbles itself, seeks the good of others, and does not dishonor or belittle people. It's not self-centered or easily provoked. It doesn’t keep records of past wrongs but chooses forgiveness. It doesn’t rejoice in evil or injustice, but it delights in the truth.

The sermon called believers to examine their hearts and relationships, challenging us to pursue a life where love is not just spoken but lived out daily—because that is what truly reflects the character of Christ. Without this kind of love, everything else loses its eternal value.

SUNDAY SERVICE REPORT @ TAC CLIFFORD ASSEMBLY

THE WORD

Sermon: Elder Victor Esia
Theme: The Supernatural Power of the Man Christ Jesus
Text: 1st Timothy 2:5 - 6

The message focused on how Jesus, though He lived on earth like a normal man, carried extraordinary power that no ordinary person could have. He wasn’t just a good teacher or a kind man, He was someone who could do things that shocked people. Imagine a man speaking to a storm and the wind stops blowing, bthat’s the kind of power Jesus had.

He healed blind people, raised the dead, made food multiply, cast out evil spirits, and brought peace to troubled hearts. And the amazing thing? He didn’t shout or struggle, He just spoke, and things happened. That’s because Jesus wasn’t just man, He was also God in human form.

But the beautiful part is, even with all that power, Jesus was humble and kind. He used His strength to help people, not to show off. He cared for the broken, touched the untouchable, and forgave the worst of sinners. His supernatural power wasn’t just for display, it was for saving, healing, and changing lives.

The sermon reminded us that the same Jesus still lives and still works today. His power didn’t end when He left earth. He’s still healing, still delivering, still saving, and we can experience that power if we believe and trust in Him.

DAY 4(GRAND FINALE) OF THE 4DAYS SUPERNATURAL POWER OF GOD SERVICE HELD AT TAC CLIFFORD ASSEMBLY

Sermon: Pastor E. Eyop
Theme: "THE MAN CHRIST JESUS"
Text: 1 Timothy 2:5

The sermon explored the unique and powerful identity of Jesus as both divine and human, focusing on the phrase "the man Christ Jesus." It highlighted how Christ did not come in mystery or distance, but in the fullness of humanity, walking among us as a man. He experienced life just as we do—He felt hunger, fatigue, sorrow, and even temptation, yet remained without sin. His humanity was not a weakness, but the very path God chose to redeem mankind.

The preacher emphasized that Jesus' role as mediator could only be fulfilled because He was both God and man. His humanity gave Him the ability to relate to us, and His divinity gave Him the authority to save us. He bridged the gap that sin created, not by staying in heaven, but by humbling Himself, taking the form of a servant, and laying down His life on the cross.

Through this, we were reminded that our faith is not in a distant figure, but in a Savior who understands us, intercedes for us, and invites us into a restored relationship with the Father. The man Christ Jesus is proof that God came near, and in Him, we find access, hope, and eternal life.

DAY 1 OF THE FOUR DAYS SUPERNATURAL POWER OF GOD SERVICE

SERMON REPORT

Preacher: Elder John Anim
Topic: THE GLORY OF THE LAST MAN IN ETERNITY
Text:1st Timothy 2:5

The message revealed that in God’s eternal plan, no believer is too late to receive glory. The “last man” represents those who may have come into Christ later or seemed insignificant, yet in eternity, they will share in the fullness of God’s reward.

God doesn’t judge by man’s standards of time or position, He rewards faith, obedience, and grace. In the end, the last will not miss out on the glory promised to the faithful.

Key Point: Eternity equalizes all, whether first or last, glory awaits those who endure and believe.

TOPIC: GET UP
TEXT REFERENCE: John 5:8

Today’s message was a powerful call to rise from spiritual, emotional, and mental stagnation. We were reminded that delay is not denial and that staying down is a choice when Christ has already spoken life over us.

The sermon emphasized that “Get Up” is not just a physical instruction but a spiritual awakening, a call to leave excuses, shake off past failures, and walk boldly into God’s purpose. Like the man at the pool of Bethesda, many are waiting for a move, but Jesus is already commanding a shift.

Faith requires movement, and breakthrough begins the moment we respond to God’s word. No matter how long you've been down, with Christ, now is your time to rise.

THE WORD
SERMON: |ELDER A. E. ROBIN
THEME: GO AND BE HOLY
TEXT: Leviticus 11:45

In today’s teaching, we were reminded that holiness is not just a command, but a calling into God’s nature. Just as He delivered Israel from Egypt, He has called us out of darkness into His light, to reflect His character in all we do.

We learned that holiness is not about being perfect, but about being set apart, in our thoughts, actions, and daily choices. It’s a life of obedience and surrender, marked by faithfulness and purpose.

The message challenged us to live distinct lives, not blending with the world, but boldly standing out as those who belong to God. *Holiness is our identity, not just a rule.

“Be ye holy; for I am holy” isn't just a command, it’s a call to represent the God who saved us.
