1:it boost our immune system
2: it keeps us healthy
3:outdoor activities releases accumulated stress in us
4:Sunlight we receive when we go out helps our bones to grow healthier
5:Fresh air and sunlight makes us happy

School resumes very soon.Here are some things you should take note of before school resumes .Check your children school bags don’t assume they are still in good condition,for the ones that needs amendments or possibly a new one.Confirm the conditions of their shoes they easily out grow them..The water bottles and food flasks could be broken or worn out.No matter the amount to of pens 🖊️ and pencils you buy they are never enough get as much as you can.Socks is must buy because one of the pair is always missing.Get sharpeners and eraser too you can never tell.Exercise books are very important considering how they turn 80leaves into 20 leaves in matter of days ..Thinking of gifting family and friends something before school resumes consider any of the above items.Take note cash gifts is not left out too nothing is too small or too big.

Kids and what goes on in their heads.Out of the blues my son was like mummy which country is the first country to have won the first FIFA World Cup championship and what year was that?I was shocked because the conversation we were having has nothing to do with football or even sports in general.I told him google,or meta Ai will give us a good answer. The results of the research are
URUGUAY 🇺🇾 won the first ever FIFA World Cup in the year 1930.

Host Nation:Uruguay hosted the inaugural tournament to celebrate the country CENTENARY of independence.

Final Match: The host country beat Argentina 🇦🇷 4-2 after trailing 2-1 at halftime.

Teams:Only 13 nations took part because many European teams decline to travel during the Great Depression.

No Qualifiers:There was no qualification process teams participated only by invitation.

A simple question from kiddo son and here we go.He also asked mummy which country came last in the last FIFA World Cup tournament.I was surprised I didn’t see the questions coming.
