The Reality we live in (Calabar today)

I woke up today thinking it would be a normal day. I had things I wanted to do, places to go.
Then the rain started. At first, I did not take it seriously.
I just said to myself, it will stop soon.
So I waited But it did not stop.
Hours later, It is still falling.
Somewhere along the way, I just adjusted, plans shifted, movement slowed.
The day did not go how I imagined it. And I caught myself thinking...was it always like this?
Because it does not feel like those normal rainy days anymore. It feels longer, I just wanted the rain to stop.
But deep down, I know this is how it starts, not big, not dramatic Just small changes that keep repeating.
That is climate change not something far away,
Something I felt today.
And honestly this is why EkkoNow matters to me.
