Can a man with a small p***s get a woman pregnant?

Yes.

The size of a man's p***s does not determine whether he can get a woman pregnant.

What matters is fertility—especially producing healthy s***m that can fertilize an egg.

So yes, small size can still make a baby.

Ladies, come closer… let’s clear this misunderstanding. 👇🏽

Some women believe that semen coming out after in*******se is the reason they are not getting pregnant.

But that is not how it works.

A small amount of s***m is enough to fertilize an egg, and semen leaking out after in*******se is completely normal. It does not mean that all the s***m has “come out.”

There is no need to raise your legs up or stay in a particular position after in*******se. The body has its own natural process.

What you see coming out is simply the fluid leaving the body yes, gravity is also doing its work. 😂

If you have been trying to conceive without success, there can be many different reasons, and it is better to seek proper medical advice instead of blaming normal things that happen after in*******se.

Let’s learn, unlearn, and take care of our bodies.

As a pregnant woman, if you notice your legs swelling, don’t panic immediately. Not all swollen legs during pregnancy are dangerous, especially in later stages of pregnancy.

Try to rest well, avoid standing for too long, and drink enough water.

But if the swelling becomes severe, sudden, painful, or comes with headache, blurry vision, or very high blood pressure, please see your doctor immediately.

One of the things many pregnant women worry about is when the baby turns head down in the womb.

Let’s break it down in a simple way 🤍

During pregnancy, babies usually change positions many times. But as the pregnancy gets closer to delivery, the body starts preparing for birth.

Most babies begin to turn head down between 28 to 32 weeks of pregnancy. By around 32 to 36 weeks, many babies are already in the correct position for delivery.

However, it is important to understand that every pregnancy is different. Some babies may turn earlier, while some may take a little longer.

Now, when should you start to be concerned?

You should check with a healthcare professional if:
- You are close to 36 weeks and the baby is still not head down
- You feel unusual movement changes
- You have been told the baby is in breech position and you are unsure what it means

But in most cases, there is still time, and doctors will guide you properly.

Pregnancy is a journey, and every stage matters. What is most important is regular antenatal care and following medical advice.

Always remember, every baby has its own timing

What you take during pregnancy can follow your child for life

Pregnancy is not just about eating for two… it’s about protecting a future life.

There are things you take during pregnancy that can affect your child’s brain development, especially alcohol. Many people think “it’s just small” or “nothing will happen”… but the truth is, what enters your body enters your baby’s body too.

A baby’s brain is forming every single day in the womb. What you eat, drink and expose yourself to can influence how your child grows, learns and develops.

Every mother wants a healthy and bright child. That care starts from pregnancy.
Take care of yourself so you can give your baby the best possible start.

Mothers, what pregnancy advice do you think every woman should hear early?

08/02/2026

The moment you see those two lines… your journey has already started

Many first-time mums wait until antenatal before taking anything, but early pregnancy care matters A LOT.

Once pregnancy is confirmed, talk to a healthcare professional about starting your routine supplements early. These early weeks are when your baby’s organs are forming, and your body is working overtime behind the scenes.

Early care can support:
Baby’s brain and spine development
Your energy and immunity
Healthy blood levels
A smoother pregnancy journey overall

Don’t wait until your first antenatal visit before thinking about your health.
Early preparation = better protection for both mum and baby

If you’re newly pregnant, congratulations mama… take care of yourself from day one.

Not every advice you see online is meant for you, especially as a woman.

And TTC mums, this one is important.
Social media has turned everyone into a doctor.

Today it’s one drug. Tomorrow it’s one herb. Next week it’s one mixture “that worked for someone.”
But what many people don’t tell you is this:

some of these things actually worsen the situation.
Sometimes the problem is not that your body is refusing to cooperate.
Sometimes it’s lifestyle.
Sometimes it’s food.
Sometimes it’s stress.
Sometimes it’s both husband and wife that need adjustment, not just the woman swallowing everything she sees online.

Eating well, sleeping properly, reducing stress, quitting certain habits, and living healthier these things quietly do more than plenty drugs.
Not everything requires medication.
And not every body responds the same way.

Before you take that next advice from the internet, ask yourself:
Am I healing my body… or just confusing it more?

Have you ever tried something online that later made things worse?

Sometimes it’s not drugs… it’s food.
People think managing BP is always about medication.

Yes, drugs help but what you eat every day also matters a lot.
Simple fruits like ripe paw-paw help calm the body naturally.

It supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps the heart relax — and when the body is calm, BP responds better.

This is especially important for women on a fertility or pregnancy journey.
Your body doesn’t need stress; it needs balance.

I’ve learned that healing is not always loud.
Sometimes it’s choosing the right food, eating in moderation, and listening to your body.
Your fertility, your hormones, your BP they are all connected.

Food is not just food. It’s information to your body.
If you’re managing BP or trying to conceive, be intentional with what you eat.
Small choices. Big impact.

Not everything they tell you to take helps fertility.
Some things actually make infertility worse.
Because fertility is not about how many things you swallow.

It’s about what your body truly needs.
Taking drugs, herbs, mixtures, or “recommendations” without understanding your body can:
confuse your hormones
delay ovulation
affect egg quality
worsen underlying issues
What worked for another woman may damage you.

Fertility is personal, not a competition.
Healthy lifestyle is not trend-based — it’s knowledge-based.
Before you take anything: Ask questions.

Understand your body.
Choose health, not desperation.
Sometimes, doing less is what gives your body room to heal.

TTC Tip

Sometimes, you don’t need every medication in the pharmacy. Small, simple changes can make a big difference.

Watch what you eat
Cut down on certain foods that may affect fertility

These small lifestyle adjustments can be a huge step toward conceiving naturally.

Remember: your body is your first medicine.
