PLEASE PAY ATTENTION and Alway observe your belly during pregnancy

Take a close look at the shape of this lady’s belly.

If you notice your belly change to this shape during labour, especially if you have had a previous birth via cesarean section, it means your womb is very likely about to rupture if nothing is done quickly to save you and your baby .

An emergency cesarean section will very likely need to be done immediately before things get bad.

Pay attention to your belly during labour. And work with your midwife or doctor to ensure labour ends on a good note.

Incase you want to know : the dark line that divides the pregnancy belly into two is called the Linea nigra

Growing Stem Cells in Space to Improve Cancer and Disease Treatments

“Can Space Really Help Cure Cancer?”

Scientists are growing stem cells in space because microgravity allows cells to develop differently than on Earth. This research could lead to better treatments for cancer, Parkinson’s disease, and heart disease.

As healthcare professionals, this shows how innovation is transforming medicine beyond the walls of hospitals.

What disease do you think future stem-cell therapy will help treat most effectively?

DOES A PREGNANT WOMAN STILL NEED S£X DURING PREGNANCY?

This is a common question many couples ask during the gestation period.

The truth is:

In many normal pregnancies, s£x can still be safe and acceptable unless a healthcare professional advises otherwise.

But pregnancy is different for every woman.

S£X DURING PREGNANCY IS NOT ALWAYS HARMFUL

In many healthy pregnancies, s*xual activity does not harm the baby because the baby is protected by:

- the uterus
- amniotic fluid
- cervical protection

For many couples, intimacy can help maintain emotional connection and affection.

SOME WOMEN MAY STILL DESIRE INTIMACY

Hormonal and emotional changes vary.

Some pregnant women may experience:

- increased s*xual desire
- reduced s*xual desire
- tiredness
- discomfort

All these can be normal during pregnancy.

Communication and mutual understanding are important.

EMOTIONAL CONNECTION MATTERS

Pregnancy can be emotionally demanding.

Healthy affection, love, and reassurance from a partner may help some women feel:

- supported
- loved
- emotionally secure

Intimacy is not only physical.

THERE ARE TIMES S£X MAY NEED TO BE AVOIDED

Doctors may advise against s*x in certain situations such as:

- vaginal bleeding
- placenta previa
- risk of preterm labour
- leaking amniotic fluid
- severe abdominal pain
- certain high-risk pregnancies

Medical advice should always be respected.

COMFORT AND SAFETY ARE IMPORTANT

As pregnancy progresses, some positions may become uncomfortable.

Couples should prioritize:

- comfort
- gentle communication
- safety
- consent

No partner should feel pressured.

PREGNANCY IS NOT JUST ABOUT S£X

A woman mainly needs:

- emotional support
- care
- nutrition
- peace of mind
- medical attention
- understanding

These matter greatly during pregnancy.

FINAL TRUTH

S*x during pregnancy is not automatically dangerous in many healthy pregnancies, but every pregnancy is unique.

The most important things are:

- safety
- medical guidance
- communication
- mutual respect

Healthy pregnancy care goes beyond physical intimacy.

Now reflect:

Do couples communicate openly enough about intimacy during pregnancy?
Should more pregnancy education include discussions about emotional and s*xual health?

Let’s talk about the psychological horrór of what happened to that young nurse because the interrogation videos reveal something absolutely terrifying.
A vulcanizer asks a nurse out on a date several times and he gets rejected and instead of moving on, he sits at his workshop daily watching her pass, nursing a demonic grudge.

Since the young lady is always passing his workshop everyday, his rejection turned into a twisted malicious rage.
When a MÔNSTER cannot control you, he seeks to destroy you. He and his equally DEMÓNIC friend waited for the perfect moment, invaded her hostel and attacked her and decides to take by force what he couldn't get by consent.

However, this wasn't a CRÍME of passion, It was a cold calculated EXÉCUTIÓN born out of a bruised ego.
Thank God for the victim's bravery, the SCRATCHES SHE LEFT ON THE ÚGLY FACE OF THE VULCANIZER BECAME their undoing.

She fought like a lioness,She scratched him so deep that her final act on earth was leaving the very clues that would expose them.

But look at the chilling part, they didn't just kîll her, They cut off her héaád and took it . This isn't the work of a first-time offender. This is a ritualistic, seasoned pattern.
If it was just panic or anger, they would have fled after the act. Décapitation and carrying the bôdy part away points to something much darker, either rituálism or a habit.

This is highly likely NOT their first victim.
Massive respect to the sharp Ndi Imo youths who tracked these mónsters down and handed them over to the police. May history remember your quick action.
Rest in peace, brave nurse. 🕊️
