‎*APC CRS COMMENDS PRESIDENT TINUBU, CONGRATULATES GOV. BASSEY OTU ON BAKASSI DEEP SEAPORT APPROVAL*

‎The Acting State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Cross River State Chapter, *Ntufam Ekum Ekok Ojogu* and the entire State Executive Committee, heartily congratulates our pragmatic and vision oriented Governor, *His Excellency, Apostle Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu,* on the historic approval of the Bakassi Deep Seaport Project by the Federal Executive Council (FEC).

‎This landmark approval, estimated at about $2.27 billion in private sector investment under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) framework, represents a major breakthrough for Cross River State and the Nigerian economy at large.

It reflects His Excellency’s distinguished leadership, strategic engagement with the Federal Government, and commitment to economic revitalization, job creation, and sustainable development for the good people of Cross River State.

‎The Bakassi Deep Seaport is of great socio-economic importance, positioning Cross River State as a critical maritime and logistics hub, that will stimulate industrial growth, expand regional and international trade, create thousands of direct and indirect jobs, and ensure new opportunities for the people of Cross River State, the North-Central and North-East regions, and the wider West and Central African sub-region.

‎We also express unreserved appreciation to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for bold and strategic approval.

Mr. President has once again demonstrated his commitment to infrastructure led economic growth and inclusive national development, while honouring the promise he made during his campaign visit to Cross River State to revisit and advance the Deep Seaport project.

‎This approval reinforces the confidence of Cross Riverians in the Renewed Hope Agenda of the President and the People’s First agenda of the Governor.

We are proud of this achievement and confident that it will usher in a new era of prosperity, economic growth, and global competitiveness for our state.

BREAKING NEWS : Moblize Us And Issue Us Our Certificate, department of music Raise Alarm

We the students of the department of music 2016/2017&2018/2019 sets of the students. Heartly CRY OUT loud to the university of Calabar (Our Alma Matter) to please moblize us and issue us our DEGREE CERTIFICATE,for we have SUFFERED enough please.

We have spent 8 years of our lives in school for a course study of 4 years,paid EXTRA school fees and other school changes, complied with the school community patiently and follow various procedures to enable us graduate but still,OUR FUTURE is at STAKE here because we don't know our date anymore.

Our mates have gone for services,some are currently serving now and we are nowhere to be found. It is "So PAINFUL" for a parent to send a child to school and he/she has nothing to show for it at the end of the struggles.

The department of music was not included in Jamb Brochure at the time of our admission (2016/2017&2018/2019) we were issued admission letter from various departments. Some students were "STEPPED DOWN".

After much struggles and finding with the help of our Dean and other bodies,we were then advised to go to Jamb and create a profile,to proceed with the Jamb undisclosed regularization registration acquired an admission letter from the Department of Music.

Our results had long been approved by Senate,we convocated around March and have obtained an admission letter from the department of music prior this one of the basiy requirements for graduation. We have also filled the National Your Service Crops. (NYSC) Mobilization from the department.

We have been able to sail through "ALL" processes and procedures we were advised to go through to enable us graduate, PLEASE UNICAL MOBLIZE US AND ISSUES US OUR DEGREE CERTIFICATE.

We please with the University of Calabar to give us hope proffering SOLUTIONS to the challenge we have faced and still currently facing,we are neither moving forward or backward.

Please SET US FREE GIVE US A LANDING POINT and hope to our parents who have tried their best to send us to school WE PLEAD.
