I just saw a video of this beautiful lady that donated her kidney to her mom

And it was in India and she said they went through series of paper work … hope it’s same in Nigeria!

It was in India They wanted to know if I was being forced to do this. So, I had to undergo extensive counseling and mental health evaluations. They even requested three years of my bank statements because they wanted to determine whether my mother had paid me to donate my kidney.

Then came the documentation, meetings with government officials, and a series of interviews. All of these procedures were necessary. Without completing them, we would not have been allowed to proceed with the transplant.

This part was what got my attention and I hope that Nigeria government will put a strict rules like this on.

But in my own country Doctor Will even collect your kidneys without your knowledge 😭
