Sergeant Joseph Gantt was one of thousands of American soldiers listed as missing after the Korean War.

He disappeared during heavy fighting in 1950, and for decades his family had no answers about what had happened to him.

His remains were eventually identified through advances in forensic science, including DNA analysis, after being recovered from North Korea and examined by the U.S. military's identification laboratory.

In 2013, more than six decades after his death, he was finally brought home with full military honors.

As everyone hurried indoors, Chairman suddenly started bleating loudly.

Mama Nkem frowned.

"What trouble are you planning now?"

But the goat refused to stop.

Instead, it ran toward old Grandma Eka's hut.

When they got there, they discovered smoke filling the kitchen.

A forgotten pot had set part of the wooden roof on fire.

The neighbors quickly put out the flames before they spread.

Grandma Eka hugged Chairman tightly.

"So this stubborn goat just saved my house!"

The chief laughed.

"From today, Chairman is no longer a criminal."

Papa Okon smiled.

"I always knew that goat had good intentions..."

Someone in the crowd interrupted,

"No, Papa. Yesterday you wanted to sell it!"

The whole village exploded with laughter.
