When you take action we’ll make sure all our voices are heard!

We are thrilled to announce that our petition was wholeheartedly accepted by Ali-Mohamed, Chair of the African Group of Negotiators (AGN), at COP29! This moment is a testament to the collective power of our supporters, volunteers, and partners. 💪💚

With almost 10,000 voices strong, we demanded:
✅ Investments in renewable energy for communities
✅ An end to destructive fossil fuel projects
✅ Climate finance that truly supports those most affected
✅ Holding polluters accountable to fund climate action.

This is just the beginning! Together, we’re showing that Africa’s future is renewable, not fossil-fueled.

It is RIDICULOUS that multi-billion dollar oil giants like Energy Transfer, Shell and ENI are trying to sue Greenpeace, to silence our investigations and intimidate our movement.

It’s about time these oil and gas corporations stop the legal intimidation and start taking responsibility for the climate DAMAGE they are causing.
Big Oil is trying to silence anyone who holds them to account, but together we can stop them.

➡️ Invest in sustainable energy and green technologies to build resilience.
➡️ Mobilize communities to protect vulnerable ecosystems and reduce emissions.
➡️ Strengthen partnerships within the Global South to amplify our collective voice.

The Global South holds the potential to lead a new wave of climate justice and innovation. Together, we can take responsibility for our future and build a sustainable world for generations to come. 🌱

🌍 Global North: Step Up and Pay for Climate Damages 🌍

The Global South is on the frontline of climate change, facing devastating floods, droughts, and displacement. These damages are not of our making—they are the result of decades of emissions and industrial exploitation by the Global North.

We demand accountability and action:
➡️ Deliver Climate Finance: Honor the commitments made to provide funding for adaptation and mitigation in the Global South.
➡️ Make Polluters Pay: Implement systems to hold corporations and governments accountable for their carbon emissions.
➡️ Support Climate-Impacted Communities: Provide direct assistance to communities suffering from the irreversible impacts of climate change.

The time for empty promises is over. The Global North must take responsibility for its historical emissions and lead the way in addressing climate injustice. Our future is non-negotiable.

Add your voice to this call for accountability. The Global South deserves justice. 🌱
