Yobe State Stakeholders Support Group Celebrates Sen. Ibrahim Gaidam’s Legacies, Passes Vote of Confidence and Endorses Candidates for 2027.
Damaturu, May 8, 2026 The Yobe State Stakeholders Support Group today celebrated the legacies of Senator Ibrahim Gaidam and passed a unanimous vote of confidence in his leadership.
The event was held in Damaturu under the leadership of Barr. Bashir Bukar Bale, Managing Director Admin, Chad Vasil. Stakeholders at the gathering commended Sen. Gaidam’s contributions to the development, unity, and stability of Yobe State.
Following deliberations, the group also announced its endorsement of his Excellency Hon. (Dr.) Mai Mala Buni CON, COMN, for Senator, Yobe East Senatorial District and Alh. Baba Mallam Wali Mni as the APC preferred Gubernatorial Candidate for Yobe State in the 2027 general elections
The group stated that the endorsements were based on proven track records of service, loyalty to the APC, and commitment to the progress of Yobe State.
