Ekoate Language and Cultural Academy Ltd is a cultural heritage training for members of the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide exclusively.
Non-members who are admitted would become NACDAfrica Affricative Collegiate members until they complete the circle of education in the academy to join NACDAfrica City Settlement chapter of the association.
This is to further reiterate the focus of ELCA in the restoration of African Languages, Cultures and Traditions through Carnival of Cultures (Gaa Gwarwang) where the people centered courses are taught.

Public Interest Trust Declaration:
This is to announce that Plateau State shall become the NACDAfrica Nigeria Cultural Heritage Convergence Secretariat for the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide in line with NACDAfrica Agenda AC Lot 2 African Cultural Heritage. This is pending when a state chapter Formations is approved for the state.
The All Eyes on Africa Cultural Events and Expo Secretariat already approved for AADW National Chapter Chad as host of the Global Secretariat on cultural heritage in Africa.
The proposed NACDAfrica Cultural Epicenter for Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide remains in Egume, Dekina LGA Kogi State Nigeria for the proposed language university city projects.
These are the three main Secretariat proposed for NACDAfrica Agenda AC Lot 2 for Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide.
The above is exclusive for National Chapters that complied with Ekoate Afrikaan Empire Afro-World bye-law for the establishment as designed by the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide for the New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda for Africa.

Public Interest Trust Notice
As a matter of standing order after the end of the pilot registration in few communities in Nigeria, no more village registration directly with the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide and International Noble Initiative Club to propagate the New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda for Africa, Below the Knee Initiative from 2026.
The limit of active registration shall be the Local Chapter group who would be responsible for district charters for NACDAfrica Agenda implementation at the grassroots.
This is to maintain active financial membership across the board from the local chapter Formations to the national Chapter in Nigeria only.
Other countries should follow the EAE bylaws for implementation of NACDAfrica Agenda.

The New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda for Africa.
As part of the established norm for members participation in NACDAfrica Agenda 2019, the following update shall remain in force for existing and intending chapters worldwide NACDAfrica Agenda Advocacy Groups.
a. Chapter Formations
In Nigeria
i. State Chapter
ii. Local Chapter
iii. District Charter Cooperative
b. Outside Nigeria Chapters:
The chapter shall be under the supervision of a Country Leader (Financial Member).
i. National Chapter to be headed by an Executive President (Financial Member).
ii. State or Colony to be headed by a Governor General (Financial Member).
iii. Local Chapter to be headed by a Mayor Gadaa (Financial Member).
iv. District Charter Cooperative to headed by a County Chairman (Financial Member).
v. NACDAfrica County to be headed by an Inspector (Non-Financial Member).
