WHY WOULD A WOMAN WANT TO DRESS NAKED?
Mad men are often naked, especially on the streets of Africa, because of their mental state. Insanity makes them appear naked.
But why would a woman want to dress naked? It often comes down to only two reasons—either a deteriorating state of mind or an internal awareness that the body has no more value.
Precious stones are never found on the surface. Gold, silver, and diamonds are hidden deep within the earth. But gravel is found everywhere in the open, freely seen and stepped on by everyone.
In the same way, a woman who understands her worth keeps herself covered, knowing that only a man willing to pay the price—her bride price—should have the privilege of seeing what is hidden.
But when something has lost its value, it is left exposed for anyone to take. A woman who keeps herself covered shows she is priceless; one who reveals everything shows there's nothing special about her. She is as common as gravel.
Sister, is your body like gold, waiting to be discovered by the right one? Or like dust, scattered for all to see?
The way you keep your body tells us two things:
* The state of your mind
* The worth of that body
"Your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost… therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." — 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
