Happy birthday to a distinguished retiring federal civil servant and a problem solver, Big Ben at 60.
The man who discovered and addressed the issues of unemployment and rising crime rates at a time, and imperatively took step in increasing the number of young people in the federal civil service- a problem solver for his time and indeed, Destiny Helper of thousands.
