A CRY FOR HELP BY THE PEOPLE OF OBEGU NDIENYIAKA NDIAGU AGBAJA AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY IN IZZI LGA, EBONYI STATE.

DESTRUCTION OF HOUSES, CONFISCATION OF PROPERTIES, INDISCRIMINATE ARREST AND MANY DECLARED WANTED BY THE CHAIRMAN OF IZZI LGA BOYS POPULARLY KNOWN AS EBUBEAGU.

A village called Obegu Ndienyiaka location in Agbaja Offiaonwe Ward under the newly created Ndiagu Agbaja Autonomous Community in Izzi LGA of Ebonyi State is in utter destruction by the EBUBEAGU SECURITY OUTFIT led by the Personal Assistant to the Chairman of Izzi LGA, Mr Hyacinth Nwamini Nwegbudu aka (Otimkpu).

The people is calling His Excellency the Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon Bldr Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and the entire Ebonyians to call the chairman of Izzi LGA Barrister Stephen Nwakpa for the immediate release of Mr Ekuma Ogbaga and Stephen Nwofe who have suffered degree of inhuman treatment from their captors as he is preparing to send them to Abakaliki Prison and equally desist from hunting for the arrest of the following persons who have not been seen by their parents since he started toeing for their arrest.
1. Mr Ogegu Ifeanyi
2. Mr William Nwangbo
3. Sunday Nwali
4. Uchenna Nwodom
5. Samuel Nwoga Uguru
6. Uchenna Nwoga Igboji.

Their crime was that, they organized a peaceful crusade in their village for God's blessings this year.
The villagers unanimously agreed for the conduct of the said crusade by contributing for it.
During the crusade, no man, woman or child was harassed, no name was called as usually done by some men of God.

The EBUBEAGU who did not get the six other persons pen down for arrest opted for the massive destruction of houses, doors and windows all destroyed at the following homes:

1. Sunday Nwali Nwonele's doors and windows destroyed by axes and matchets
2. Ifeanyi Ogegu's Mother(Mbam Ogegu) and Step mother (Nwoga Ogegu) doors and windows destroyed by axes and matchets
3. Uchenna Nwodom's house destroyed and money stolen.
4. Ekuma Ogbaga's goats legs cut off and his sawing machine confiscated and kept at Otimkpu's house demanding for money before release.
5. Stephen Nwofe Igboke's Keke confiscated and kept at Otimkpu's house demanding for money before release. To mention but few.

Obegu Ndienyiaka people is therefore calling for the wonder working Governor to come to their aid as they relied on him for help and will continuously support his government.

Site engineer k!lled in Delta by employees after discovering he had large sum of money in his account

The police in Delta state have began an investigation after a site engineer identified as Chigozie Udalor was k!lled by his employees after discovering he had a lot of money in his account.

In a statement released, the spokesperson of the command, SP Bright Edafe, said on December 12, 2024, one Hyacinth Nnalue reported to Akwu-kwu Igbo division that his cousin Chigozie Udalor had been missing since the 10th of December 2024. He also stated that the said Chigozie was his site manager at his fish pond in Bod camp Akwukwu Igbo community.

Edafe said upon receipt of this information, the DPO commenced an investigation and later transferred the case to the State Criminal Investigation Department. Edafe said the state Commissioner of Police, CP Olufemi Abaniwonda, directed the DPO Ekpan CSP Aliyu Shaba to carry out a technically driven investigation. The DPO detailed operatives who commenced an intelligence-led investigation, on 31st March 2025, they arrested one David Tacho ‘m’ who attempted to withdraw money from the victim’s account through his phone and also arrested Daniel Orshio who took part in the murder.

‘’Investigation also revealed that David Tacho is a brother to one Victor Tacho who conspired with Pius Daniel, (both presently at large) and Daniel Orshio, and murdered the victim. The two suspects are presently in custody. Preliminary investigation revealed that all four suspects were employed by the deceased who is the site engineer, but they discovered he had some money in his Moniepoint account and they conspired, used a hammer to hit him on his head, tied him and buried him in a shallow grave at the site. Two of the suspects David Tacho and Daniel Orshio are presently in custody while two other suspects Pius Daniel and Victor Tacho are still on the run. The body of the deceased has been exhumed and awaiting autopsy while efforts to arrest the other
