📚 Exam season is here! Are you feeling anxious about study time? Don't just read, assimilate! Here are 3 quick tips to make your study sessions more effective:

1. Active Recall: Instead of just re-reading, test yourself! Use flashcards, quizzes, or explain concepts out loud to someone (or yourself!). It forces your brain to retrieve info, making it stick.

2. Spaced Repetition: Don't cram! Review material at increasing intervals over time. This strengthens your memory pathways and helps you retain information long-term.

3. Elaboration: Connect new information to what you already know. How does this concept relate to another topic? Can you find real-world examples? The more connections you make, the better you'll understand and remember.
