According to the latest IMF stats as of June 26, 2025, Nigeria is no longer among the continentโs biggest debtors โ a clear signal that President Bola Ahmed Tinubuโs economic reforms are yielding real fruit.
From removing fuel and FX subsidies to tightening leakages, driving local production, and expanding revenue sources, Tinubuโs administration is setting Nigeria on a more sustainable economic path.
While others are borrowing heavily, Nigeria is gradually paying off โ ensuring our children wonโt be burdened by todayโs debt tomorrow.
