The bane of this generation is lack of discernment.
We are so driven by sight that we fail to see through deep, dark hypocrisy.
Satan has successfully hacked into, and deployed tools of niceness, religious correctness, appearances of kindness and philanthropy, and has weaponized these tools against the gullible and undiscerning in the body of Christ.
All we need these days to loose our guards is little doses of these virtues in their poisoned form.
For instance, someone shows up as an activist speaking up for others. This is good, but we do not take the time to check his spirit out.
He becomes very popular and praised by many. We join the bandwagon so we are not left out.
In no time, he declares allegiance to fetishism and idol worship, then he goes further in the growing influence of his popularity and becomes a leading critic of fathers of faith, formenting discord and controversies in scriptural matters far beyond his comprehension.
Now he has shamed you, and filled your mouth with gravel, but it's too late because you have him on your dp and statuses.
Your hero is a devil and you didn't even know it?
When a believer is shallow spiritually, he will suffer inferiority complex. He will bend himself out of Kingdom form just to comform and fit into the world.
We know and follow all these people who write 'helped by grace' on their profiles but market profanity and sexual perversion in their lifestyles.
Do you know Jack Coe, Amy Semple McPherson, Jonathan Edwards, Smith Wigglesworth, John G. Lake, AA Allen, Maria Woodworth Etter, John Knox, Lester Sumrall, Charles Finney...?
