The Reason We Fall Sick, Part 1📌📌

Let me tell you a story about me…
I used to fall sick every week… Migraine, inflammation, tummy pain, pain in my joints, mood swings… All the malaria-like symptoms.

What did I do to heal myself then?❌❌❌❌

I took antibiotics every week then and it made me to lose so much weight.
It continued for years!!!! Living my life, depending on antibiotics.
I told some healthcare professionals about my health struggle and they advised I eat very well and drink a lot of water, and they recommended more antibiotics…lol
I did all that, and yet, I will get well this week and fall sick the next week.

My mum brought a pastor to pray for me, he prayed and gave me olive oil to be using on my food and water.
I did all that and nothing happened.

I was so scared and at some point, I thought it was cancer. I had gone for all types of tests and I was declared free.
So why am I always falling sick, I had asked myself.

One day, I was so weak and out of my drugs. I begged my sister to help me buy drugs and she vehemently refused saying that I was always shoveling antibiotics down my throat and that I should give my body a break.
I was too weak to get those drugs myself. I saw ginger and garlic in the kitchen and decided to prepare some tea with it…
I boiled 1 garlic and 10 fingers of garlic and took the tea.
I felt relieved within some minutes. Anytime my symptoms surfaced, I would make myself some ginger and garlic tea.

Well, I was only getting relieved, not healing…
Because the sickness always comes back.

Why does the body digest and absorb fewer nutrients as we age?

Well, the longer we live, the more stress and demand is put on the body, particularly the digestive organs.

The pancreas, for example, which is responsible for producing the many digestive enzymes required to break down chewed food into absorbable molecules, fatigues with age and can begin to produce fewer enzymes.
The end result is fewer nutrients delivered to your skin, which means that the skin can be deprived of what it needs to stay looking youthful.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
