My 10-Minute “No-Stress” Morning Routine
Let me tell you the truth — I’m not one of those people who wake up at 5am to meditate, journal, and drink green tea while the birds sing. Please, I like sleep. 😭
So I created my own “no-stress” morning routine — just 10 minutes of peace before the world starts shouting.
Here’s how it goes:
Minute 1–2: I stretch like old woman and thank God I’m still alive.
Minute 3–4: I drink water (not kaikai oo).😂
Minute 5–7: I wash my face, brush, and maybe hum one gospel song to boost my spirit.
Minute 8–10: I write three things I’m grateful for or set one small goal for the day.
That’s it. No pressure. No drama. Just soft energy to start my day.
Because honestly, you don’t need a perfect routine — you just need peace in the morning.
