2025 Cybercrimes Act AKA Your politicians & pastor law(P&P)

⚖️ Section 10 – If you record your own conversation with a politician demanding bribes or a pastor abusing power, YOU—not them—can be jailed for 2 years. Evidence becomes a crime.

⚖️ Section 19 – Criticize a politician or pastor and they can call it “false” or “misleading.” Boom—2 years in prison. Who decides truth? The same people you’re exposing.

⚖️ Section 22 – Call out a leader in harsh words? They can say it’s “offensive” or “indecent.” Another 2 years in prison.

⚖️ Section 24 – Question tribal or religious politics? You risk being branded as “inciting ethnic hatred.” That one carries life imprisonment.
