🩸Business Owners, Here's How You Can Politely Say You Can't Reduce Your Price:
You don't need to sound rude but as Professional as you can.
I know alot of People will say 'I know this", but at the end of the day, did you close that sale🤔?
When a customer asks for lower rates because they have another offer in hand, It's important to respond respectfully and professionally while still protecting the value of your Services/Products.
Here are a few ways you can respond to them Politely⤵️
1. "Thank you for considering our products/services. While we understand that you may have received other offers, we believe our rates accurately reflect the value of our services and the level of quality we provide."
2. "We appreciate your interest in our Products/Services, but unfortunately we are not able to lower our rates at this time. Our rates are based on the level of expertise and service we provide, and we strive to offer the best value possible for our clients."
3. "We understand that you may be receiving other offers, but we are confident that our rates are competitive and reflect the level of quality we provide. If you have any questions or concerns about our rates, we would be happy to discuss them with you further."
⛔Remember to be polite and professional in your response, and emphasize the value and quality of your Products /Services.
It's important to maintain your pricing integrity, strategy and not undersell your Products or Services, as this can create an expectation of lower rates in the future.
