Growing up in a small village, Adaeze never imagined she'd one day be addressing thousands of people as a guest speaker at a tech conference.
Her home didn’t have electricity most nights. She read under the moonlight, using old textbooks passed down from neighbors. She had never seen a computer until she was 16.
People whispered that she was wasting her time dreaming about “big things.” But Adaeze had a different vision.
She taught herself basic computer skills from a local cybercafé, saving lunch money just to afford an hour of browsing. She found free online courses, watched YouTube videos in between chores, and practiced late into the night.
