I am rebuilding my life in the next 30 days and here's the phases I will walk through.
Phase 1: Erase my weak version: Being a better me required that I déstroy who I used to be. So here, I am deleting every distraction, Toxic association, No more read 1 book, but read 1 book this week and apply the lesson.
Phase 2: Lockin on the Mission: I am not interested in rebuilding 10 things at once so I will pick 2 things that matters to me which is skills and wealth, give it 4 hours of deep work per day, and setting clear target where necessary. I am clearly narrowing my focus with the intention to become dangériously good.
phase 3: Build a structure. I realized that motivation won't be enough so I would build a system that allows be to have a fixed sleep and wake time, weekly planing ritual, and daily journaling to track progress and thoughts.
Phase 4: Reintroduce the new me. At 30 days, I expect not to tell people, I have changed rather they will feel it that I am sharper, no longer chase peanut but attract it through work anyway.
Above all, I'm doing this because I don't just want to dream but to literally execute it.
