In and Out Squats (also called jump Squats In & Out) are a bodyweight exercise that targets your legs, glutes, and core and also helps improve endurance.Here’s how they work 🔹 How to Do In & Out Squats: 1. Start Position (In) Stand with your feet together, hands clasped in front of your chest or at your sides.2. Jump Out (Out) Jump your feet out wider than shoulder-width apart and drop into a squat — push your hips back, keep your chest up, and make sure your knees don’t cave in.3. Jump Back In: Jump your feet back together as you stand up from the squat.4. **Repeat Keep** jumping **in and out**, maintaining a steady rhythm. # # # 🔹 Muscles Worked:* Quads (front of thighs)* Glutes (butt)* Hamstrings (back of thighs)* Calves* Core (for balance and control) # # # 🔹 Tips:* Land softly to protect your knees.* Keep your chest up, don’t lean forward.* You can do it **slowly** for strength or **faster** for cardio.
