A seismic shift is underway in Nigeria's political landscape. The Coalition , once a minor player, has evolved into a powerful force gaining momentum from the North. What began as subtle alignments has transformed into a full-blown political earthquake, shaking the very foundations of the country's power structure.

As the Coalition's influence grows, Southern state governors are scrambling to infiltrate the African Democratic Congress (ADC) within their domains. However, their efforts may be too little, too late. The Coalition's impact has been swift and unexpected, catching them off guard. This emerging alliance has become the unexpected game-changer, redefining the political landscape ahead of the 2027 general elections.

What's striking about this movement is its diverse membership. It's not just the usual opposition crowd; even those closely aligned with President Ahmed Tinubu's government are quietly joining the Coalition. This suggests that the movement transcends traditional party lines, driven by a desire for national political rescue.

Key figures are already mobilizing. Former Vice President Abubakar is clearing out PDP and APC structures in the North, while Obi is expanding his influence in the South. The synergy between these two powerful figures is fast becoming a formidable force capable of turning the tide in the 2027 elections.

This is about more than just one individual, region, or interest. It's a movement to reclaim Nigeria's democratic soul, redefine governance, and restore hope to a nation in despair. As the Coalition gains momentum, those in power would do well to take notice. The political tsunami on the horizon demands preparation and attention. The question is: will they be ready?

August 1, 2024: I joined Nigerians Unite in Nationwide Protest Against Untold Hardship and Corruption,we are the only group that participated in my entire region

On August 1, 2024, Nigerians from all walks of life came together in a nationwide protest to express their grievances and dissatisfaction with the current administration. The protest was a collective cry against the unprecedented and widespread corruption perpetuated by the political class.

Despite the challenges and risks, citizens from various regions and backgrounds united to demand change and accountability from their leaders. The protest highlighted the urgent need for reforms and effective governance to address the country's socio-economic woes.

Key issues raised during the protest included:

- Widespread and mismanagement of public funds
- Unprecedented economic hardship and poverty
- Insecurity and lack of effective leadership
- Demand for accountability and transparency in governance

The nationwide protest marked a significant moment in Nigeria's history, as citizens asserted their rights and demanded a better future. The movement will likely continue until meaningful changes are implemented.

Observations from a Stakeholders' Dialogue Meeting

I attended a stakeholders' dialogue meeting on Tuesday, 30th July 2024, at Oakland Hotel, organized by WACOL, focusing on Women's participation in Politics and Governance. During the meeting, I noticed a striking example of Nigeria's economic hardship: the popular PAPERLiNE jotter notebook 📓.

The notebook's size and quality have decreased dramatically, reflecting the far-reaching impact of economic challenges on both living and non-living things. This observation underscores the need for collective action to address our economic woes and work towards a better future for all."

A Message to Nigeria's Security Agencies Ahead of the Nationwide Protest

As the nation prepares for the upcoming nationwide protest, I address this message to the Nigeria Security agencies:

Remember, your duty is to protect citizens, not suppress their voices. The Nigerian citizens movement and the upcoming protest are a call for reform and accountability.

Embrace the principles of citizen power and democratic expression. Ensure the safety of protesters and uphold their constitutional rights.

President Tinubu, heed the call for change. Listen to the voices of Nigerians demanding a better future.

All advocates for justice, let's stand united for a common goal.

The Right to is Non-Negotiable: A Call to Action Against Bad Governance

The peaceful protest experienced in the past was only possible because the then government of President Jonathan allowed it, engaging protesters in meaningful negotiations and appealing for calm. However, today's leadership has shown arrogance and coercion, using force to intimidate citizens and suppress their constitutional right to peaceful protest.

The recent leadership of Presidents and Tinubu has catalyzed violence, polarizing peaceful protests like the 2020 movement. We must rise against bad governance in Nigeria, which has never been worse.
