I remembered when a friend reached out to me for assistance. His brother’s visa was rejected and they asked him to appeal.
Next day, his brother came to my house with plenty documents and we started sorting through them.

Work visa from a company in Portugal.
The owner of the construction company was a Ghanaian, and the company hadn’t even made up to 100 euros. They had paid some lady in Ireland 3 million, and she held their money for 8 months before sending the most chaotic and messed up documents I have ever seen.

The problem? None of them even went through the documents. They just carried them to Abuja like that.
It was rejected and sent back in less than 2 weeks. Honestly, I didn’t even know where to start.

The foundation was already faulty, a company with no turnover and a non-resident owner cannot sponsor your visa. I told them to cancel but they insisted on trying their luck. I tried, and it came back with a final rejection.

They’re so lucky it wasn’t 2025, because now an appeal costs over 100k. That would have been a double loss.

So please, if your agent gives you documents, bring them to us to cross-check before you submit.
Little by little, we can limit the way Nigerians fall victim to visa scams.
