My Baby’s Pap, Upgraded

The days of giving my kids plain pap are over
since I discovered this method, I don’t wish to stop anytime soon regardless of what anyone thinks. Adding beetroot, carrots, tiger nuts, dates, and ginger has completely transformed it.
Each of these ingredients brings its own powerful benefits

Carrots rich in Vitamin A for healthy eyes and glowing skin.

Beetroot helps boost blood and energy levels.

Tiger nuts packed with fiber, good for digestion and strong bones.

Dates a natural sweetener loaded with iron and minerals.

Ginger supports immunity and aids digestion.

Now, pap in my home isn’t just filling it’s nourishing, colorful, and full of life, My kids enjoy it, and I’m happy knowing I’m giving them more than just food, I’m giving them health in every bowl.

Yesterday, someone advised me to stop adding beetroot to my kids pap, saying it reduces blo*d pressure, sugar level, and that it is not good for children.

In her words, she said
I know you’ll say I don’t have kids, but ma I do, and I make my pap by myself. You see that root, please stop adding it to your baby pap. Instead, you can add cashew nut, groundnut, dates, corn, millet, guinea corn, green beans, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, sweet potatoes, coconuts… and if you want to add fruits, you can add apples and papaya. I’m giving you this update for free. Thank you.

Now my question is are some people really okay on this social media? Because somebody out there might actually believe this and try it 🤣🤣🤣

How can you tell me to stop adding beetroot (which is highly nutritious and safe and instead suggest things like papaya, green beans and bell peppers in pap for babies? Please, is there something people are not telling me? Are parents truly adding red and green peppers to baby pap?

Sometimes the kind of advice people dish out online just amazes me. Let’s always be careful about what we believe and what we practice, especially when it comes to our children’s food
