Acknowledge your merit

Being true, being real, being yourself isn't always for everyone. Life just doesn't work that way and trying to make others happy by giving up a piece of our soul will only extinguish our inner light.
The pleaser gives and gives until there is nothing left to give, the pleaser won't voice out an opinion for fear of hurting someone, the pleaser tends to be sad inside while wearing a transparent smile.
Don't be afraid to ask this of yourself, "is this really the life I want"?
If you are not accepted for the way you are ( positively) and constantly trying to please other people but to no avail, those are not your people.

We must remember, every time we are disenchanted, upset, angry, a little bit of life leaves our body, pleasing everybody is never an obligation, the main condition for the achievement of love is the overcoming of one's narcissism.
The narcissistic orientation is one in which one experience are real only that which exists within oneself, while the phenomena in the outside world have no reality in themselves, but are experienced only from the view point of their being useful or dangerous to one, the opposite pole to narcissism Is objectivity :which means it's the faculty to see other people and things as they are, and to be able to separate this objective picture from a picture which is formed by one's desires and fears..

There's a lot of backlogs that you want to accomplish, things you want to have, and dreams you want to achieve all at the same time, your thoughts are pressuring you once again. I know that you have told yourself for so many times already that you need to trust the process, but there really are times like this when your mind is playing tricks with you and telling you that you are getting left behind in life.
I want to tell you that you are not, there really are things that need to be done step by step no matter how small its progress each day is. waiting for your dreams to be a reality is the crucial part because while you are waiting, you also start seeing other people and their life achievements. that's when you will feel the pressure, because you thought they have it all figured out while you are still struggling. well, let me break it to you : all of us look like we have everything figured out but the reality is that all of us are struggling with our own life challenges.
I hope that you will just take everything one step at a time and don't compare your first step to someone else one thousand steps. well, don't ever compare your step to someone else because your steps will someday lead you to the door and path that's meant for you and just for you, just keep on trusting the process. you will get there

Maintaining your integrity means you neither break down nor give up your self respect, even in the most difficult times. Some people are ready to do anything and can go to any extent to get quick profits and popularity.
They do not realise that when they give up their integrity, they destabilise the very foundations of their lives, and what they gain by such means is only short lived

Maintain your integrity, no matter how profitable it may seem, if something demands your integrity, it is definitely flawed and not considering

IF you want to have a good life with a successful career, emotional satisfaction, and trust worthy friends,, you have to work hard. Luck can take you only so far and the rest is entirely up to you, the amount of effort you put in everyday and the ability to learn from your mistakes.
Don't think for a moment that someone else is going to fight your battles with the same vigor and devotion as you would

NO matter how much we think we know about some topic, it's only after we have put that knowledge into use that we get confirmation of the actual level of understanding that we possess. Sure we could read about painting, learn all the techniques and brush types, colours palette. But only when we get in front of a canvas and start painting we put our knowledge to the test.

When we are young, we can push our body to its limits day after day. And it seems as nothing can touch us and we are invincible. However, as we grow older, all the parties, drinking, smoking and eating fast food will then take a toll on our health.

Start developing healthy habits while you are still young and healthy, take regular checkup with your doctor and dentist in order to prevent future problems.
