If there is one thing I regret this year, it’s that I didn’t preserve fresh tomatoes like I did last year. Until October of last year, I was still enjoying the fresh tomatoes I had stored. However, this year, I wasn't able to do that. Today, I bought fresh tomatoes for 2,000 naira, compared to just 500 naira earlier this year. 😒😔

Yesterday, I made a post about a suspected attack in a community in Enugu, but some people doubted it and thought it was just a fabrication.

The truth is that there was indeed a suspected attack by the B@snits at Awgu Junction in Enugu, along the Enugu-Abia Express Road. Additionally, there was a communal fight between the Uduma community in Enugu and a neighboring community.

These two incident happ the same day which is enough to create tension between the communities and the road users.🤔🤔🤔
In all, we continue to pray for safety in our Country.

The Fear of Bandits…🤔😔

On our way back from work this evening, we encountered unusual checkpoints at almost every pole, and what is usually a busy road had turned desolate. We sensed something was wrong because the community we pass before reaching our workplace is always bustling with activity.

At first, we started hearing rumors that bandits had attacked a nearby community we would also be passing, while others mentioned that two communities were fighting. As we got closer, we saw significant damages, a lot of broken bottled, littered the area, and there was blood everywhere. At that point, we couldn’t move forward, nor could we go back, as we had already come a long way.

After a while, two trailers passed us, and we finally gathered the courage to continue our journey. Throughout our movement, everyone was busy praying and shouting for the blood of Jesus to cely,

We thank God that we finally reached our destination safely.

I can honestly say that this is the best okpa I've ever made since I started cooking it. It's soft, tasty, and the flavor is all-natural.

I feel really feel so bad that I didn't save the procedure because I’ve made several videos of my okpa in the past. I wish I had recorded this one so I could watch it anytime I want to make okpa again.

After dressing in my usual black skirt and beautiful floral top, my baby girl looked at me and said, “Mom, you look like a teacher.” I started to wonder, what does a teacher actually look like? Maybe it's time for me to consider going back to the classroom. 🤔😍
