Growing up, I found myself deeply addicted to Nzu (edible clay).
It became such a strong craving that whenever I didn’t have access to Nzu, I would resort to eating chalk or even scraping cement walls as a substitute. Looking back, I now understand how intense and unhealthy that addiction was, but at the time, it felt like a natural part of my daily routine back than.
