Throwback With Memories I Can’t Forget .
Sometimes, when I look back at old photos, I just smile at how far I’ve come. This particular picture? Hmm… it carries plenty memories 😂.
I was just 20 years old, doing my IT in a hospital. Patients loved me so much then cos I cared deeply about them. Even some patients’ mothers would approach me, saying: “Please date my son, you’ll make a good wife 😂.” But I always refused. I was too y0ung, and honestly, I was afrå!d of men and marriage at that time.
Then one day, a certain guy walked into the hospital. Out of many who wanted my number, he was the only one I gave it to. Not because he had m0ññy not cos he was doing better than others, but because he was soft, gentle, and decent , the kind of man I liked.
We started talking, and soon after, I päīd him my very first visit… and this photo was from that day 🤷♀️.
But Even though he was cool, respectful, and gentle, he was stîñgy,VERY STÎÑGY 😟. And not the kind of STÎÑGY you can ign0re. He always had a smart explanation for why he wouldn’t spend ,even going as far as telling me, “I like natural girls, pack your hair well, no need to plait it.” (Just because he didn’t want to give me m∅ñy for hair 🤦♀️).
It wasn’t about asking for things, because I hårdly ask. But What I h@ted was how he made it look like being stîñgy was the “right thing to do.” At the end, I couldn’t keep up with it, so I walked away.
Funny thing? They say “guys that speak plenty grammar are always st1ngy.” I didn’t believe it until I experienced it 😂.
So tell me , is st!nginess a valid reason to brèak up with someone, even if they are gentle and respectful?
