I've shared a story of a lady that I met in secondary school—beautiful lady.

She has what is called, later I understood, she had a lying spirit. You know what they call a lying spirit? She lies unprovoked. She lied that they have a lion, so the lion roams, and then there's a button they will press wherever the lion is, the cage will cover the Lion. I went to her, I said, "Ah ah, why are you lying like this?" That was just the girl.

So she had lied about her dad and her mom, her dad is a commissioner, this and this. But apparently her dad, which there's dignity in labor but her dad was doing transportation.

So he would drive from Lagos to like Enugu, stuff like that. So the man came with his rubber slippers,Igbo man that has money. You know Igbo people don't care. So the man came and was calling her and this girl was denying her father and telling them, "He's not my dad, he's my dad's driver." It was the brother that said, "Ah ah, how can you say that about daddy?"

I'm telling you, and for some of you, you might be laughing, but deep down, you might have shame about your parents.

"What if it was Otedola or Bill Gates that gave birth to me".

It's foolish reasoning, why is it foolish because it Jettison's the intelligence of God, you can pick friends, you can pick your wife, God in his intelligence picked that man for you, you see that woman, God in his Intelligence thought of the wisest thing he can do for you and he thought that was the best place for you to come out of.

And you can say "what if my parents are wicked?" Remember we don't play victim in this kingdom. If you're before saul, it is because God saw that you could be another saul, instead of blame learn, an irresponsible parent taught their children how not to be irresponsible, don't get the wrong message. - PD
